What if there’s almost no data?
Yes. We start from scratch: what to collect and a dashboard around the job.
Can Excel / Google Sheets be the source?
Yes. Sheets are a fine start. As you grow we can move to a DB without rewriting the panel logic.
Do we need a finished brief?
Not required. An idea of what you want to see is enough. If a brief already exists — we follow it strictly.
Can you split access by role?
Yes — roles and rights to sections and metrics are part of the build.
