Automating busywork in marketplaces and cabinets

We cut manual clicks and pull data APIs don’t give: Wildberries, Ozon, Yandex Market, GetCourse and other sites. From cabinet flows to parsing and broadcasts.

What we automate

Two job types: remove the team’s manual clicks and pull data / flows the platform doesn’t expose via API. We work with cabinets, sites and internal ops — where clicks and sheets no longer scale.

Marketplaces

Wildberries track record: auto-buyouts (2025) and cabinet automation — still running. Same pattern for Ozon, Yandex Market and foreign marketplaces (by brief). Typical:

  • automating manual cabinet actions
  • data and flows missing from the official API
  • team alerts, wiring to sheets / CRM / Telegram

GetCourse and education platforms

On GetCourse we automated accepting completed assignments and other learning ops busywork — so the team doesn’t click the same loop every cohort.

Other sites and cabinets

Broad experience across web platforms: simulating user actions, routine automation, chat broadcasts, parsing and data collection. If the process is stable and volume is there — we build a loop around it.

How we work

Map the process → lock what’s manual and what’s missing from the API → pilot → scale. With logs and human override where it matters.

FAQ

Only Wildberries, or other platforms too?

WB is a common ask (cabinets, non-API data, incl. auto-buyout experience). Also Ozon, Yandex Market, foreign marketplaces, GetCourse and other sites/cabinets — when volume justifies it.

What if the platform API is weak?

Common case: we automate cabinet actions and pull what the API doesn’t expose. In discovery we’ll say what’s realistically doable.

GetCourse — what exactly do you automate?

E.g. accepting completed assignments and other learning/access busywork. Exact scope follows your process.

Can you connect this to a bot or CRM?

Yes — Telegram alerts, CRM statuses, sheets, one ops loop for the team.

Where do we start?

Platform, what’s done by hand, volume, what’s missing from the API. On a call we’ll say if automation pays off.
