About the project
Osnova is a full digital platform for a private Telegram community. One ecosystem: Telegram bot, Telegram Mini App, custom CRM and admin, payments and marketing automation.
Valentina and Alexander came to us to build a modern community for Russian speakers in Europe. The job wasn’t just more chats—it was a platform that automates acquisition, sales, onboarding, retention and daily life inside the club.
Client pain
Before the platform, most processes were manual:
- subscription signup and renewals;
- payment control;
- caring for new members;
- navigation across many Telegram chats;
- marketing activity and engagement work;
- running ads and reading their performance.
At scale that model breaks: the team drowns in ops instead of product. Bot builders and off-the-shelf SaaS couldn’t go deep enough—no flexible scenarios, no real journey analytics, no personalization per member.
The solution
We built a platform for the full member lifecycle—from first ad touch to long-term retention in the community.
The ecosystem includes:
- Telegram bot as the entry point;
- Telegram Mini App for the daily product;
- custom CRM and admin panel;
- flexible automated funnels;
- payment infrastructure;
- analytics;
- engagement game mechanics;
- personalized communication scenarios.
Everything runs as one system and is controlled from the custom admin.
Architecture
Three core surfaces sit at the center.
Telegram bot is the entry point: signup, subscription, onboarding, marketing activity and ongoing interaction. It supports configurable funnels, UTM, journey analytics, auto-scenarios, personalized sequences, game mechanics and Robokassa / Stripe payments. Based on member actions, the system starts the right scenarios on its own.
Telegram Mini App is the member home after signup. It simplifies navigation across materials, chats and people and turns Telegram into a daily product. Engagement rises through game mechanics, achievements and an internal economy.
CRM and admin are the control room for the whole ecosystem. The team runs users, plans, payments, onboarding, campaigns, game mechanics, content, Mini App, bot and scenarios without calling engineering for every tweak. It’s a full CRM: payments, subscriptions, channels, engagement and core business metrics. Almost any element can change without code edits.
User journey
Members move through one ecosystem—from ads to long-term club life.
It starts with an ad link or invite. The system reads UTM and drops the person into the right funnel. Depending on the scenario they can:
- subscribe via a discount link;
- activate a promo code;
- enter Open Door Day;
- get a post-webinar offer;
- go through personalized registration.
After access—personalized onboarding. Its structure is configured in admin and can differ by plan, campaign and segment. Then the member lives in the Mini App: materials, chats, community, game loop, shop.
Funnels and analytics
The platform supports fully configurable scenarios. From member behavior it starts sequences, moves funnel stages, segments the audience and adapts messaging—without the ceilings of typical bot builders.
Every journey step is logged. You can analyze:
- acquisition sources;
- ad campaign performance;
- funnel stage completion;
- drop-off points;
- member activity;
- conversion of each scenario.
That makes marketing weak spots obvious and acquisition more efficient.
VSL and Open Door Day
Custom VSL module: admin uploads video, the system tracks watch percent per user. From behavior it can automatically:
- grant bonuses;
- send lead magnets;
- issue promo codes;
- start new sequences;
- move someone to another funnel;
- change the user segment.
Marketing runs on real engagement—not guesses.
Open Door Day is trial access: a symbolic payment or card bind, with the main charge after the trial. Throughout, the system sends personalized messages, shows club value and leads toward full subscription.
User API and gamification
For trust we built founder-style personal dialogs via Telegram User API. It feels like a live conversation: questions, lead magnets, bonuses, objection handling. Messaging is automated but reads as a personal chat. This mechanism drove ~+30% conversion to paid subscription.
For engagement—a full game system:
- daily tasks;
- achievements, rewards, medals;
- personal profile banners;
- internal currency and bonus points.
Points for tasks and club participation. Spend them on discounts, the first subscription period or shop offers—materials and consultations.
Telegram Mini App
The Mini App is the daily interaction hub. Inside:
- publication feed with filters;
- fast access to all materials and favorites;
- Telegram chat navigation;
- member catalog and smart search;
- filters by profession, field, interests;
- interactive member map;
- networking and finding peers;
- profile, achievements, game elements, shop.
Members no longer hunt for information across dozens of chats and messages.
Results and support
The client got more than “another bot”—a digital community OS: acquisition, sales, onboarding, CRM, analytics, payments, gamification, navigation and marketing automation in one system. Almost everything runs from admin without constant engineering tickets.
In the first six months—1000+ active members. Subscriptions and care automated, manual ops nearly gone, control centralized in their CRM, subscription conversion up ~30% via User API, infrastructure ready for further growth.
After launch we keep running the bot, Mini App, CRM, payments and internal logic: stability, new capabilities, UX. The client team owns community and content—not technical debt.
