By submitting a request on the website https://shv-agency.ru (including https://shv-agency.ru/en), clicking “Send request”, “Discuss a project” or similar buttons, acting freely, of your own will and in your own interest, and confirming your legal capacity, you give consent to personal data processing (the “Consent”) to Konstantin Sergeevich Shakhov, a self-employed taxpayer of professional income tax, TIN 971514242344 (email: sc6ahov@yandex.ru, Telegram: @shv_founder), who owns the Site, for processing your personal data on the following terms:

  1. Consent is given to processing personal data both without automation and with automation.
  2. Consent covers the following personal data that are not special-category or biometric: name; contact (Telegram and/or email); task description / any project information stated in the form; budget range; other information you voluntarily provide in the inquiry or related correspondence.
  3. Purpose of processing: discussing a project, handling inbound inquiries, preparing a commercial proposal and consulting on SHV Agency services.
  4. Processing may include: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; updating (refreshing, changing); extraction; use; transfer (provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction.
  5. Inquiries are handled by the Operator personally. Email delivery and Site hosting providers may process data on the Operator’s instructions for the stated purposes. The current list of processors is available on request.
  6. Inquiry personal data are processed for up to 12 months from the last contact on that inquiry, or until Consent is withdrawn / deletion is requested under Parts 4–5 of Article 21 of the Personal Data Law — whichever occurs earlier (unless longer retention is required to protect the Operator’s rights). If a contract is concluded, processing continues for contract performance.
  7. Consent may be withdrawn by you or your representative via a written or electronic notice to the Operator at the contacts above.
  8. If Consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue processing without it where grounds under clauses 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006 apply.
  9. Consent remains in force until personal data processing ends under clauses 6–7 of this Consent.
