Most briefs still sound like: “we need a website / landing / redesign.” Sometimes that’s true. More often the real job is building a channel where customers buy, use, return and leave data.
Website vs product
A website is storefront and content. A product is journeys: onboarding, payment, access, notifications, account, support, analytics. If value lives in Telegram, CRM or an account area, the landing page is just the front door.
How to tell you need a product
- Customers return more than once
- There is payment, subscription or role-based access
- You need funnels, segments and attribution
- Operators burn hours on manual chat and spreadsheet work
In those cases we don’t start with a homepage mock. We start with journey maps and the operating model. Design and code come after we know what must work without a manager in every step.
